Position Overview
Better Business Staffing LLC., dba BBS is currently seeking motivated and dependable Repair Technicians for a client location in Pflugerville, Texas. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, testing, and refurbishing computer hardware and electronic equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn and grow within the company.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and electronic devices
• Perform testing and quality inspections on repaired units
• Replace defective parts and components as needed
• Troubleshoot hardware-related issues efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and records
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Meet productivity and quality expectations daily

• Previous repair technician, electronics, IT, or hardware experience preferred
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting
• Comfortable using hand tools and testing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift to 50 lbs. when needed
• Production, warehouse, or assembly experience is a plus

• Background check mandatory
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
