Customer Service Associate

Serving the business community for almost 8 years, Minuteman Press (Pflugerville) provides digital print, design, and professional services to businesses. Today, we are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support both customer service and print production.
 
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time as skills develop.
 
What you’ll be doing:
• Assisting customers by phone and in person
• Managing leads, quotes, work orders, and follow-ups in our system
• Supporting print production and finishing work
• Helping maintain an organized, professional workspace
• Occasional local pickup & deliveries 

Compensation:
Starting pay begins at $15/hour, with opportunities to earn $18–$22/hour based on experience and demonstrated skills. We provide comprehensive training through our structured skillset development program, with pay increases available as additional skills and competencies are achieved.

• Is reliable, organized, and coachable
• Is comfortable with computers (Google Docs, basic office tools)
• Willing to learn and take the initiative
• Values quality, consistency, and teamwork

- Customer Service
- Hands-on & love to create and produce projects
- Printing, signage, or Design  
 
**A valid driver's license is required. Must be able to lift at least 25lb+ .
