SPEAKER: Brooke Daniel - Broker/Owner, Hippo Realty

About: Brooke graduated from Abilene Christian University in 2004 with a BS in Exercise Science and began her real estate career in Austin in 2012. A Broker since 2016, she founded Hippo Realty, LLC, and holds multiple advanced designations, including the Graduate REALTOR® Institute and Master Certified Negotiation Expert, a distinction held by less than 1% of REALTORS®. Recognized with the Five Star Professional Award (2019–2022), Brooke is active in the Hutto Chamber of Commerce, local HOA boards, and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She specializes in buying, selling, strategic pricing, and marketing in Austin and surrounding areas, providing professional and trustworthy service.
