Biography

Robert Andrade has been a working in the field of Economic Development since 2000.  His expertise has been in the area of business development and business incentives.  Robert’s work in economic development has included international business with emphasis on trade and reverse investment; business incentives to new business and to local communities; workforce development and business recruitment.  Although the last 20 years have mostly been in economic development he has worked with non-profits in the arts and has also volunteered with many community groups in the Central Texas area for close to 30 years.
