About Us
The Hutto Veterinary Clinic opened in 2000 as the city's first animal clinic, and one of the first businesses on Front Street. We are a full-service veterinary clinic, offering vaccinations, spay/neuter surgeries, tumor removals, dental scaling/polishing, digital xrays, wellness exams and high-quality care for your sick pets. We also provide extensive diagnostics, and we have access to cardiology, dermatology, radiology and orthopedic specialists and many others. We operate by appointment but we do accept walk-ins.
Our veterinarians have more than 50 years experience between them. Dr. John Holmstrom, the owner, also has years of experience with cattle, horses and other livestock. Though he's semi-retired, he is often available to answer large-animal questions on the phone, and will occasionally make calls.
We also offer basic grooming services. We board small dogs, weighing 25 pounds or less, and all cats.
We accept all credit cards, Care Credit, checks and cash. If you are an established client, we will gladly work with you on payments for services.
