SUMMARY:Annual Chamber Meeting for Members
DESCRIPTION:The annual meeting of the general membership of The Hutto Area Chamber of Commerce will take place on Wednesday\, January 8\, 2020 at 11:30 AM at East Williamson County Higher Education Center (1600 Innovation Blvd\, Hutto TX 78634).  All members are encouraged to attend this meeting.\n\n \n\nAmong the items of discussion at this meeting\, voting for the adoption of the proposed updated bylaws is at the top of our list. \n\n \n\nSeveral months ago\, a By Laws Review Committee was established and tasked with reviewing our current by laws and revising them.  They were asked to remove any contradictions\, standardize language and titles through out the document.  They were also asked to add a definitions section\, remove/update any irrelevant material and simplify into language that is easy to understand.  A copy of our proposed updates is attached\, please take time to review them prior to the January\, 8th meeting.  \n\n \n\nAll general members of The Hutto Area Chamber of Commerce whose dues are paid current and are in attendance will have an opportunity to vote on the proposed by laws.  If you have not paid your membership dues\, you will have the opportunity to do so at this meeting.\n\n \n\nAlthough there is no charge to attend this meeting\, if you would like to pre-order lunch for $10\, we will arrange for a boxed lunch from Chick-Fil-A (chicken sandwich\, chips\, cookie & drink). Please pre-register and pay for lunch online no later than Monday\, January 6th to guarantee a meal.  If you would like to bring your own lunch\, please feel free to do so.
